Saleda is a dedicated health and wellness coach and consultant, whose own experiences inspired her passion for health and wellness. Many years ago she began a personal wellness journey, overcoming her own health challenges. Later, she served as a caregiver to both of her parents through their battles with serious diseases. Sparked by a profound desire to make a positive impact in the realm of well-being, Saleda studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a licensed Integrative Health coach.

Saleda finds a great balance with understanding and helping her clients stay on track with their health goals.
